Robert Levitan

Board Co-Chair
5X Founder, Board Member, Co-founder iVillage, Flooz.com, Pando Networks

Robert Levitan is a well known industry executive and board member, as well as a five-time company founder, whose credits include iVillage, Flooz.com, Pando Networks, and Prone2Help. He has expertise in strategic sales, business development, and marketing and a track record of building, inspiring, and leading high-performing teams.

He has spent his entire career building businesses based upon new applications of technology. As an entrepreneur, Robert has launched six companies and raised more than $150 million in venture capital funding.
Most recently, Robert was Chief Commercial Officer of Igentify, a Saas platform designed to scale genetic testing and genetic counseling services. He built the company’s sales and marketing
teams, managed relationships with genomic industry leaders, and closed millions of dollars of recurring revenue with the world’s leading medical labs and diagnostic equipment manufacturers.

Prior to joining Igentify, Levitan was Executive Director of Prone2Help. This non-profit company was founded after Robert’s twin brother, Richard, an emergency medicine airway specialist, volunteered in March 2020 to treat COVID-19 patients at Bellevue Hospital in New York City during the early days of the pandemic. Richard and other NYC emergency room doctors realized that proning patients on their stomachs while providing oxygen was an effective alternative to intubation for many patients. Robert
developed partnerships with device manufacturers and FedEx to provide these proning cushions at no cost to hospitals that requested them, and to deliver them in a timely matter to match the urgency of
the situation. Within 18 months, Prone2Help manufactured and delivered more than 1,200 proning cushions to over 500 hospitals across the United States.

Earlier in his career, Robert was the co-founder and CEO of Pando Networks, which developed the first secure BitTorrent media-delivery platform. Pando desktop software was downloaded and installed on
more than 100 million computers worldwide. The company was delivering more than 250 million game downloads annually when Robert executed the sale of Pando Networks to Microsoft in 2013.

An early leader in New York City’s tech industry, Robert was a co-founder of iVillage, the largest women’s community on the Internet. iVillage was a pioneer in developing online advertising and content business models. Robert led the company’s revenue and partnership initiatives. In addition,
Robert was President of iVillage’s Better Health division where he created early online medical applications including an online interactive health risk assessment tool built in partnership with Intel. Robert also developed the web’s first pharmaceutical content marketing partnerships. iVillage went
public in 1999 and was subsequently acquired by NBC Universal in 2006.

Robert has had extensive experience serving on numerous boards of non-profits and startups. He has also been a board member of a public company, Mobius Management Systems, an enterprise data
management company, which was acquired by ASG Technologies.

Robert graduated cum laude from Duke University and was the recipient of the President’s Student Leadership Award.

Robert is passionate about helping mission-driven organizations grow via strong customer relationships
